Section 25(2) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2018
(2)The salary, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the Ombudsman shall be such as may be laid down by the Commission from time to time:Provided that the salary, allowances and other terms and conditions of the service of Ombudsman shall not be varied to the disadvantage of the Ombudsman after his appointment or reappointment.
