Section 180(c) in The Board of Secondary Education (Madhya Pradesh) Regulations, 1965
(c)who resigns his appointment without giving reasonable notice, shall be entitled to any sum or sums contributed by the Board or any part thereof, or any interest or nay other profit thereon.
