Section 1 in Treaty on Extradition between the Republic of India and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
1. Obligation to Extradite.
Each Party agrees to extradite to the other Party, in accordance with the provisions of this Treaty, any person who is found in its territory and sought by the other Party for prosecution, trial, or execution of punishment for an extraditable offence, whether such offence was committed before or after the entry into force of this Treaty.Article 2
