Section 10(3) in The Gujarat Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2013
(3)For the purposes of this Act, the State Government may for each Local Fire Services,-(a)classify the category of Chief Fire Officer taking into consideration the population and class of local authority or authority or such other factors as may be prescribed;(b)prescribe the norms and qualifications of the each category of Chief Fire Officer;
