Section 38(3)(d) in The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution by Oil from Ships) Rules, 2010

(d)all facilities provided in ports and terminals under clause (d) of sub-rule (2) shall be sufficient to receive all residues retained according to rule 12 from all ships that may reasonably be expected to call at such ports and terminals;
