1. It is stated by Mr. S.K. Sangwan, learned counsel for the appellants, that L.A. APP. 2/2022 [Dhanpati vs. Union of India & Anr.], directed against the same award, in relation to the same village, has been admitted by an order of this Court dated 04.01.2022. Ms. Jyoti Tyagi, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1-Union of India ["the Union"], does not dispute this position.
