291.
A register of all authorized clerks shall be maintained in the Registry of the Court, in such manner or as prescribed and to each authorized clerk shall be given an identity card in the prescribed form. Every authorized clerk while on duty shall be properly dressed and wear plastic badge measuring 1" x 3" of black colour containing the name of the clerk concerned in white and below the name, description as Advocate's Clerk.
