Section 13(1) in The Gujarat Electricity Supply Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1969
(1)Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any contract or agreement or in any law for the time being in force, the following provisions shall apply in regard to the persons on the staff of the licensee immediately before the vesting date:-
