Section 1 in The Rajasthan Lands (Restrictions on Transfer) Act, 1976
1. Short Title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Lands (Restrictions on Transfer) Act, 1976.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force at once.
