Section 20(1) in Rajasthan Goods (Control of Production, Supply, Distribution and Trade and Commerce) Act, 2014
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any order made under section 5.
