Section 32 in West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961
32. No prosecution to be instituted without previous sanction.
(1) No prosecution shall be instituted for any offence under this Act except with the previous sanction of the State Government.(2)Nothing in sub-section (1) shall apply to any prosecution mentioned in section 21.
