Section 18(7) in The Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University Act, 2005
(7)Any vacancy in the Board shall be filed in by nomination of a person by the relevant authority and the person so nominated shall hold office for so long as the member in whose place he is nominated would have held office had the vacancy not occurred.
