Section 7(1) in Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015
(1)The Presiding Officer of the District Appellate Authority shall be appointed by the approval of the Minister of Education Department on the recommendation of the screening committee constituted under the Chairmanship of the Principal secretary, Education Department.
