Section 6(1) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storage Licensing Rules, 1993
(1)Cold Storage shall be constructed and safeguarded in such a way that it be damp-proof and heat-proof and the entry of birds, insects, harmful pests, rats, rodent and other such insect, pets and animals can be prohibited and safeguarded against damage to agricultural produce.
