(2)The Sponsoring Agency shall within fifteen days of receipt of the intimation, publish the details of the proposed project in the format prescribed in Appendix III on the Notice Board of their respective offices and their offices near the project site and on the official website of the Government of Tamil Nadu, the sponsoring agency's web site, where available and the Board's web site.
