Section 27(1) in Bihar Hindu Religious Trusts Act, 1950
(1)The Board, at a meeting specially convened for the purpose, or by a resolution in favour of which not less than two third of the members present at such meeting shall have voted, may, subject to the approval of the State Government, make bye-laws for-(a)The granting of gratuities out of the trust fund; or(b)the creation and management of a Provident Fund, for compelling contribution thereto on the part of its officers and servants and for supplementing such contribution out of the Trust Fund.
