1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received a proposal from the respondent vide its letter dated 25.02.2020, which proposal is under active consideration of the petitioner and a decision thereon will be taken shortly. He, therefore, prays that the hearing of the petition be deferred.
2. At request of the parties, list on 30.04.2020, to await the petitioner's decision on the respondent's proposal. In the meanwhile, the parties are also granted further six weeks time to file the written submissions.
