(b)the rear and side compound walls shall not have a height more than 3 metres above the central line of the service road in case it exists, otherwise 2 metres shall be measured above the central line of the front street. In case of a corner plot the height of the boundary wall abutting on the side road shall also not be more than 1 5 metres till the Court yard width starts; and
