Rule.
Learned APP waives service of Rule.
By this application, the applicant has requested to grant parole on the ground that he would like to engage a lawyer to prefer an appeal against the conviction before this Court.
The applicant is convicted for life imprisonment by judgment and order dated 25.8.2010 for the offence punishable under section 302 etc. of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the above, this application is granted. The applicant is granted parole leave for a period of 15 days to engage a lawyer to prefer an appeal against the conviction before this Court, on executing a personal bond of Rs.2000/- to the satisfaction of the jail authority and will surrender in time on completion of period of parole. Rule is made absolute.
