Section 65 in Tamil Nadu State Housing Board Act, 1961
65. Power of the Board to retain lanes not meant for vehicular traffic.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 63, the Board may retain any lane (not meant for vehicular traffic) and may enter into an agreement with the local authority concerned or any other person for the supervision, repair, lighting and general management of any lane so retained.
