(1)This Act may be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.28, Higher Education (UE) Department, dated 11.09.2015.] Universities Act, 1991.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.28, Higher Education (UE) Department, dated 11.09.2015.].(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
