Section 87(1) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957
(1)The Municipal Secretary shall forward to the Administrator a copy of the minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(a), "for the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)], within ten days from the date on which the minutes of the proceedings of such meeting were signed under section 85.
