Section 49(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Transaction of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)The Commission may decide the matter on the pleadings of the parties or may call for the parties to produce evidence by way of affidavit or lead oral evidence in the matter.
