Facts:
1. The appellant, Shri Mukesh Kumar Choudhary, submitted RTI
application dated 4 June 2011 before the Central Public
Information Officer (CPIO), State Bank of India, Khanjarpur;
seeking information regarding details of redeployment/
transfer of clerical cadre staff at Zonal Office/ Regional
Office, Bhagalpur etc., through a total of 5 points.
2. Vide reply dated 18 June 2011, CPIO denied the
information to the appellant u/s 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act, 2005.
Not satisfied with the CPIO's reply, the appellant preferred
appeal dated 2 July 2011 to the first appellate authority
(FAA) alleging that he had been wrongly denied information by
the CPIO concerned. Vide order dated NIL, FAA directed the
CPIO to provide point wise information to the appellant.
3. Not satisfied with the response of the public authority,
the appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission
saying that the CPIO had not complied with the FAA's order and
requested for the information sought in his RTI application.
4. The matter was heard today via videoconferencing. The
appellant was not present at the hearing. The respondent,
Someshwar Nath, Asstt. Gen. Manager/FAA was present at the hearing and made submissions from Patna. Shri Arun Kumar Singh, Manager (Admn), made submissions from Bhagalpur.
5. The respondents submitted that vide letter dated 18.10.2011 information regarding people /employee redeployed/transferred (centre wise list) has been provided to the appellant. The second appeal had been already filed by the appellant by them Decision Notice
6. The CPIO is directed to provide copy of the letter dated 18.10.2011 to the Commission within one week.
