13. Powers and duties of President and Vice-President of the District Sports Council.
(1)The President of the District Sports Council shall preside over its meeting and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties, as may be prescribed.(2)The Vice-President may, in the absence of President, preside over the meetings of the District Sports Council and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties of the President as the President may, from time to time, delegate to him.
