98. Managers, employees, etc., to be public servants.
- Every manager of any educational institution and every employee of such institution shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code when on duty in connection with any examination conducted by the competent authority under this Act (Central Act 45 of 1860).
