Section 24(2) in All India Institute of Medical Sciences Regulations, 2019
(2)The Director shall, in filling vacancies in posts and services, under the Institute, make such reservations, in favour of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections and other categories as may be made by the Central Government from time to time, in filling vacancies in posts and services under the Central Government.
