Apart that, on the next day, a chart covering all the analogous matters showing those petitioners who have been selected later on in different posts having the different pay scale.

Mr. Somik Deb, learned counsel has submitted that some analogous matters are lying before the learned Single Judge for decision. Since the reference has been made to a Division bench inasmuch as the paragraph-125 of the judgment and order dated 07.05.2014 (Sri Tanmoy Nath vs. State of Tripura and Others, (2014) 2 TLR 731) passed by a Division Bench has fallen for appreciation.

The Registry shall list all the matters lying before the learned Single Judge along with the writ petition, being WP(C) No. 435 of 2018.

List of those cases be provided by the learned counsel before the Registrar (Judicial) by 15.11.2018.
