ORDER
Shri Vijay Kumar hereinafter called the appellant has filed the present appeal dated 26.11.2012 before the Commission against the respondent Delhi Police, Recruitment Cell for denial of information in response to his RTI application dated 11.8.2012. The appellant was represented by his father Shri Ramesh Kumar Rana whereas respondent were represented by Shri P.P. Singh, ACP, Recruitment Cell.

The appellant through the RTI application dated 11.8.2012 sought certified copy of his evaluated answer sheet of written test pertaining to Recruitment of Head Constables (Ministerial), Delhi Police in 2010. The CPIO vide letter No. SPI/ID 199/2012/4278/Rectt. Cell/SI/DAIII/NPL dated 23.8.2012 informed the appellant that the recruitment for the post of HC(Min.) in Delhi Police, 2010 was under process.
Therefore, the information could not be provided till completion of recruitment process.

3. Aggrieved with the reply of the CPIO, the appellant filed first appeal on 3.9.2013 before the FAA. The FAA vide his order No. 952-54/RTI Appeal No. 46/FAA cum Addl. CP/AP dated 24.9.2012 concurred with the reply of the CPIO.
4. The respondent CPIO states that now the recruitment for the post of HC (Min.) in Delhi Police, 2010 has been completed and he will provide the evaluated answer sheet as sought, to the appellant.
5. The Commission hereby directs the CPIO, the provide authenticated copy of appellant's evaluated answer sheet pertaining to the aforementioned recruitment examination of HC(Min.) of Delhi Police held in 2010 free of cost to the appellant. The CPIO will comply with the directions of the Commission within two weeks of receipt of this order.
The matter is disposed of on the part of the Commission with above directions.
