141T. Presumption as to maps and entries in registers.
- All maps and all entries made in the registers, prepared under this Chapter, shall be presumed to be correct unless the contrary is proved :Provided that no such map or entry shall affect the right, title or interest of any persons to or in any land or premises or shall preclude him from enforcing such right, title or interest in a competent court in accordance with law.
