Section 8(2) in Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 2000
(2)[ The Jharkhand Government shall appoint the Sub-divisional Officers of the subdivision where the principal market yard is situated, to be the Chairman, and an agriculturist-representative of the Committee to be the Vice-Chairman of the First Market Committee.
