Section 8(2) in Bihar Hindu Religious Trusts Act, 1950
(2)Of the members of the second and every subsequent Bihar State Board of Swetamber Jain Religious Trusts-(a)two persons shall be appointed by the State Government;(b)four persons shall be elected in the prescribed manner by the trustees of the Swetamber Jain Religious Trusts registered under this Act; and(c)five persons shall be elected in the prescribed manner by the members of Swetamber Jain community residing in the State of Bihar who are enrolled as electorate in the electoral roll of any constituency of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Bihar for the time being in force.
