(9)[ When a motor vehicle has been sold in auction under this Act, such vehicle shall be freed and discharged from any trust, obligation, mortgage, charge, lien and all other encumbrances affecting it, and any attachment, injunction, decree or order of any Court or other authority restricting the use of such motor vehicle in any manner or appointing any receiver in respect of the motor vehicle shall be deemed to have been withdrawn.] [Sub-sections (5) to (10) Inserted by W.B.
