Section 35 in The M.P. Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 1968
35. Service not in strict conformity with rules.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Rule 34 the Chairman of the Board of Examiners may in his discretion allow any candidate to appear for the examination or grant exemption from any portion of the examination as prescribed in these rules.
