Section 28(1)(b) in Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Rules, 1965

(b)all amounts deposited as aforesaid and remaining unpaid after the expiry of a period of six months from the date of disposal of the application under section 34 shall be withdrawn by the Tribunal and deposited in the District Court having jurisdiction over the minor inam.
