Section 2(l) in Kerala Self Financing Professional Colleges (Prohibition of Capitation Fees and Procedure for Admission and Fixation of Fees) Act, 2004
(l)"University" means the University of Kerala, the University of Calicut, the Mahatma Gandi University, the Kannur University or the Cochin University of Science and Technology or any other university established under any law made by the Legislature of the State.
