                Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
                praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent
                herein to revoke the Suspension Order, dated 25.04.2024 passed in proceeding
                No.Sei.AA.SEi.Mu1/2024 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated
                13.09.2024 and pass such further or other orders as this Court.

                                                       ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Clerk working in the respondent Co-operative Society seeking a Mandamus to revoke his order of suspension, dated 25.04.2024.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the enquiry has been completed and report has been submitted to the first respondent and he is likely to pass orders within a few weeks.

3. Considering the above said facts, the question of directing the respondents to revoke the order of suspension at this stage would not arise. The third respondent is directed to pass final orders based upon the enquiry report, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
