(1)When an application and deposit have been made under Section 46, the Land Tribunal shall cause written notice thereof to be given at the cost of the applicant to every person who, in the opinion of the Land Tribunal is entitled to be heard thereon, and after hearing such of them as appear, by order, determine -(a)the amount of arrears due from the tenant for the period specified in the application under Sub-section (1) of Section 46 together with interest up to the date of deposit and costs, if any; and(b)the person or persons who is or are entitled or bound to receive such amount.
