Section 69 in Orissa Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 2004
69. Search for mineral, document or thing.
- If the Tahasildar/Sub-Collector/Collector/Mining Officer/Deputy Director/Assistant Mining Officer/ Director/Joint Director/Deputy Director (Head Qrs.)/Divisional Forest Officer/ Assistant Conservator of Forest/Range Officer has reason to believe that any mineral has been raised in contravention of the provisions of these rules or any document or thing in relation to such mineral is kept in any place or vehicle he may search for such mineral, document or thing and the provisions of Section 100 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 shall apply to every such search.
