Section 8(1) in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)Save and except the powers exercisable under sections 14,18,86,91, 94 and 181 of the Act, the Commission may, by a general or special order in writing, delegate to any Member, Secretary or officer of the Commission such of powers and functions under the Act as it may deem necessary, subject to such terms and conditions, if any, as may be stated in such order.
