Section 1 in The Punjab Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Act, 1953
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Punjab Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Act, 1953.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab.(3)It shall come into force at once.
