(3)If the person in possession of the surplus lands refuse or fails without sufficient cause to comply with the order issued under Sub-section (2), the Revenue Officer may take possession of the land and may, for that purpose, use such force as may be necessary.] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 29 of 1976.]
