Section 10(2) in West Bengal Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1960
(2)An appointed or elected member may, at any lime, resign his office by writing under his hand addressed to the State Government or to the President, as the case, may be. Such resignation shall take effect from the date on which the communication is received by the State Government or the President.
