Section 5 in The West Bengal Development Corporation Act, 1954
5. Resignation of Chairman and members. -
The Chairman or any other member of the Corporation may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the State Government and on such resignation being accepted by that Government, shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
