Section 3(1) in The Hidayatullah National University of Law, Chhattisgarh Adhiniyam, 2003
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may by notification appoint, there shall be established, in the State of Chhattisgarh, a University by the name of Hidayatullah National University of Law, Chhattisgarh which shall consist of the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, the General Council, the Executive Council, the Academic Council and the Registrar; the capital expenditure for the establishment of the University shall be borne by the State Government.
