Section 5(1) in The Haryana Advocates' Welfare Fund Rules, 2014
(1)An application for recognition and registration by an association of advocates functioning in any Court, Commission, Tribunal, Statutory Authority in the State of Haryana shall be submitted in Form II to the State Bar Council;
