Section 31(3) in The Maharashtra Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968
(3)If an employee loses his Leave Book, the employer shall provide him with a duplicate copy on payment of ten paise, within 15 days and shall complete it from his record.
