Section 46(1) in The Corporation of the City of Panaji (Election) Rules, 2004
(1)If the poll at any polling station is adjourned under rule 45, the provisions of rules 41 to 44 (both inclusive) shall, as far as practicable, apply, as if the poll was closed at the hour fixed in that behalf under rule 4.
