Section 17(2)(a) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018

(a)Out of the total number of offices of Sarpanch in the State, the Commissioner shall determine in the first instance, the number of offices of Sarpanches of Gram Panchayats to be reserved for the members belonging to Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes.
