Section 125(1) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968
(1)While sending to the Registrar for his approval the proposal of appointment of any person as its Secretary the co-operative society shall submitted to the Registrar entire records relating to the selection and shall also give reasons for selecting a particular candidate.
